Second fulllenght by We Are Idols if available! Album called “Powerless” contain 11 brand new tracks, bit like and bit unlike the ones from their debut. Still good old death’n'roll but way more “death” than “roll” this time. Right inbetween The Stooges and Eyehategod. Seriously. Lyrics without puns, although sad and cruel. All of them on the matter of struggling of consciousness forced in human flesh with brute urges. Lots of symbolics and literary references. Grab some cheap whiskey and a handfull of prozac, it’s gonna be really grim. All packed in gatefold LP cover, there's also limited edition on white vinyl! The good news came from the pressing plant, the second album of WE ARE IDOLS will be sent to us on Thursday. We recall that the pressing is 620 units of which 150 copies on white vinyl for geeks. Preorder already started on limited copies! Both regular and limited copies have the same price: 40 zł. You can order from us or our co-producers: Long Walk Records, Hasiok Records & Wydawnictwo NIC. Long Walk is also responsible for the CD version, which should be available at the same time as the vinyl!

Unfortunatelly the We Are Idols tour is over. For those who had bad luck to see them live last week we got a series of videos so you could waste more time with WAI:). Below you got one movie from the last day of the tour in Neubrandenburg. The rest is available at Far, Far From Breaking blog. The new full lenght meant to be released on tour will see the daylight by the end of the year. Master has been sent to the pressing plant and the covers are also handled.

Yes ... finally after few months of delays, waiting, not knowking what's going on with the pressing and so on and on ... we present great split LP between two bands from Far East!!! Unholy Grave from Japan, masters of raw as hell grindcore and one of the most active DIY grind band in the world when it somes to releasing records and splits with young bands from all over the world, well next to Agathocles:)). All the time in the underground, recording new blasting songs in their rehersal room using 4-track recorder! On this split they serve raw rehersal from 2007!!! For all maniac ears willing to hear more raw tunes from UG!!! On the flip side great young band from Indonesia with their best stuff ever that defines their style in 100%. Guys re-recorded some songs from previous releases (like the split tape with Inquiry Last Scenery and the Land Of The Dead EP), added two new songs, recorded everything perfectly with great metalic/heavy sound & the result is 9 most brutal grindcore songs I've heard since Phobia's "All That remains". Seriously this stuff kill, powerfull sound, great drums and the sound of old school grind ... for all fans of Phobia early stuff and Insect Warfare!

Finally after few weeks of delays we present brand new release from one of the longest running Polish band - Infekcja. 5 new songs recorded this year of pure scandi crust with sraight to the point punk rock lyrics. The record see the daylight as a superproduction of six polish labels & the pressing consist of 1030 copies incl. limited edition of 300 on red vinyl. It also features unique packaging including fold out inserts and silkscreened poly bag. Artwork done by Pablo from Chaos W Mojej Glowie.

We Are Idols are finishing the recording for their second full lenght entitled "Powerless". It's almost done, just few songs need vocals and I guess that will be it. Once again album will be mixed & mastered by Mr. Czaja and artwork will be done by Rafal Wechterowicz, expect also gatefold release with limited color version of the vinyl. During the session in studio WAI manage to records 17 tracks, 12 brand new ones of their own and 5 cover version of fave bands incl. Sedes!!! "Powerless" will consist of 10 songs and the rest will see the daylight later, probably on some split 7''EP. Hopefull the LP will be ready at We Are Idols November Tour.

Ok, we slowly begin to re-design our website as previous look pretty obscure!!! There will be some new sections and updates in already existing ones. Our store will work as a simple distro list, no cart or whatsoever so if you'd like something from our stuff you have to make a list and send it over to us. Sorry but we had some troubles with free webstores, lots of virus attack and stuff so we will work it out like this for now. Within few days there will be complete list with lots of new stuff that we traded last weeks!!! Stay tuned.

Welcome after the summer break! It's been awhile since last update but don't worry we have been working than and have lots of new records in our store. Mostly vinyl stuff but we also got brand new design of WE ARE IDOLS t-ahirts - "Our Souls Are Dead". Unfortunatelly these are white t-shirts but some people call it now a "new black"!!! For those who don't enjoy white we got news because there's also an old design available again - We ARE IDOLS "...You Are Not"!!! We are also starting to trade again via post so there will be more new records in our store, on the way are Wadge / Sanitys Down split EP, Agathocles / Insomia Isterica split EP, Ploretar / Diorhea split EP an others. In the next few months we'll be having some new releases as well, first goes a bit delayed Black Hole OF Calcutta / Magnicide split ''5 ... it's been in the works for long time but both bands already recorded their songs and are working on the artwork!!! This small piece of vinyl should be available by the end of the year. We got some more plans but will reveal them later:> As for the previous releases we got left only a few. Entirely sold out are split seveninches of Roger Moore / Spapendehonden and Wojtyła / Unholy Grave. Matka Teresa / Smg and Suffering Mind / Wojtyła splits are almost gone too, more or less 5 copies of each left. We Are Idols "st" LP is also almost gone so act fast if you want to have those records in your collection. We still got a bunch of Archagathus / Wojtyla split LP:)

We got a good news for all tapes fans. Recently one label from Scotland released a strongly conected with Drop Out Records band called WOJTYŁA! First two recording sessions done in 2006 and 2007 with old vocalist. The tape include "st" MCD, "st" 7"EP, split EP with UNHOLY GRAVE, split LP with ARCHAGATHUS and one compilation track. 23 tracks total!!! Released thanx to Negative Care Outcome Records! The tape is available thru us (we have like 15 for sale) or directly at Negative Care. Strongly recomended!!!

We got some new titles available in our store! Mostly vinyl stuff that we traded for our leatest releases. But also some t-shirts from Grind Father Productions, like Matka Teresa, SMG, Suffering Mind, Sakatat, Grossmember. Grind Father will be also releasing a WOJTYŁA t-shirt, it will be limited edition of 50-70 copies, doublesided. Currently we are working on the artwork, probably Blakened Graphics will handle it! I guess it will be the first t-shirt in Wojtyła's existence:)) Expect this to happen in April!!! Both LPs that we releases in January are going pretty well, there have been lots of trades so expect more stuff in our store. Actually there are like 20 copies of We Are Idols left from our share, all limited colour copies are long gone so if you wanna grab them ask our bros from Hasiok Records, Nic or Cursedxx!!! Probably they still got it!! As for Wojtyla / Archagathus split LP over 100 copies are gone, trade and wholesale mostly so you can find them in other labels as well!

Well, after like a year and a half we finally manage to release a split LP with might ARCHAGATHUS from Canada!!! The records consist 6 songs of WOJTYLA from the same session as split EP with Unholy Grave, recorded in 2007!!! Against us we have raw Canadian mincecore in vein of Agathocles, Malignant Tumour or Rot. 11 short songs recorded in 2009.

We got bad news about the split LP. This is the message from pressing plant about Wojtyla / Archagathus split LP: ''Unfortunately we need some more days for the tests of "archagatus/wojtyla" and "murph". our cutting studio doesn't work at the moment. so we have to make the cut at another place. we are still waiting for the muster cuts.''

We have also good news about WE ARE IDOLS debut LP and split LP between WOJTYLA and ARCHAGATHUS. Both records ar in the pressing plant for a week and should be ready at the very beginning of 2010. We are pressing 500 copies, including 100 on color vinyl. Next week we should get test press so we will keep you informed about the progress!

Welcome to Drop Out Records homepage!!! Things been going slowly lately as usual but we finally manage to do this web page:) Soon all the sections should be ready as well as the webstore where you will be able to find some heavy tunes on vinyl and cd, as well as some zines, badges and other stuff. This page is done mostly due to large amout of releases that came out or are oming out soon on Drop Out Records. Last week SUFFERING MIND / WOJTYLA split EP show up. It's like another part of Wroclaw-Lublin colaboration and it's good to see that is still going on. Wojtyla delivers three new songs recorded June 2009 with new vocalist Pawel, best stuff up to date for me!!! Suffering Mind has countless amount of records coming out. At the same time they released split EP with czech fastcore mayhem LYCANTHROPHY and great split LP with ASSHAMMER (members of Catheter / Scrack!!). W ithin two months there should be two more LPs out. First one is a year delayed WOJTYLA / ARCHAGATHUS split LP where you will be able to listen to 6 songs of Wojtyla recorded in 2007 and few obscure raw tunes from Archagathus recorded this summer!!! Second LP is a debut full lenght from Wroclaw's infamous d-beat mayhem WE ARE IDOLS. For fans of Entombed, Ramones, Turbonegro and Tsa. It's already avaiable on CD thanx to GET BY RECORDS from Poznan. You can also get it from us or the band directly. There are some WAI t-shirts left if ya want ... check the myspace profile!!!
